Alec spent Six years in the Royal Military Police, serving in Northern Ireland, The Falkland Islands, Germany and Afghanistan. During the six years he was involved within overt surveillance, intelligence gathering and operations, Community policing, internal investigations,
After leaving the army he moved into loss prevention for Chubb security covering 7 stores, advising managers regarding CCTV, A.S.C.O.N.E, EAS (Electronic Article surveillance) conducting staff training incorporating retail and security officers. He has also been a shopping centre Security Manager liaising with store managers and the police regarding shopping centre security, crime figures and crime reduction.

Alec is now responsible for one of our major clients with responsibility for the Security officers at 11 store sites.
