Investigations

With former Police Detectives available to conduct investigations on your behalf, we have an experienced team that is able to gather evidence from documents, computers and people (see also surveillance). They can conduct interviews in accordance with the Police & Criminal Evidence Act 1984. The investigation is conducted in accordance with current legislation. Discretion and thoroughness are backed up with extensive experience.

The completed case papers are then handed over to your management with recommendations about the level of evidence available. It is then left to you to decide whether the matter is dealt with as a disciplinary case, or for your solicitors or the police to mount a criminal prosecution. Our investigators are all experienced at presenting evidence at court.
