Simon Bailey

Simon Bailey is a former Metropolitan Police Officer who spent the majority of his police career working in the Criminal Investigation Department on pro-active investigative Units (Regional and National Crime Squads and the "Flying Squad") He retired after 30 years service and now uses his leadership, experience and personnel skills to organise and develop all aspects of Squad Security's business portfolio. With his Retail and Corporate managers reporting daily to him he has a 'hands on approach' to managing the team and is constantly looking to improve standards and performance.

On an investigative front Simon's knowledge and contacts ensure that any investigation is carried out with integrity and thoroughness.
